Portable Precision Weld Performance Analyzer 8100 Weld Monitor 8160 Weld Monitor The Portable Precision Weld Performance Analyzer is the most important diagnostic tool you can own for analyzing the performance of your resistance welder. The 8100 Weld Monitor is a low cost current analyzer. The 8160 Weld Monitor provides a simple to set up current monitor. Partial Feature Set Welding Current Welding Cycles Conduction Angle 4000 Cycle Memory Spot or Seam Mode Big 3-Line, Backlit, LC Display +/-1% Accuracy Compares user min/max heat values and indicates out of tolerance 'Fault'.
