濕式ガスメータ 【濕式ガスメータ原理?構造図】 入口から入ったガスは、液面上部から３～４室に分かれた計量室をそれぞれ満たし、スパイラル（渦巻狀）ドラムを介し、微小のガスもリークすることなく、吹込み管から出口へと流れます。この一連の繰り返しによるドラム軸の回転運動が、メカカウンタに伝導されアナログ指針と積算流量値を指示します。 【濕式ガスメータの特徴】 水またはオイル等の液體でシールされたドラムを計量エレメントとする実量式積算流量計ですので、比重?粘度に影響されずほとんどのガス體を計量できます。気體の流路においてリークする事のない構造になっているため、微少流量でも必ず計量し再現性が高い等、優れた特徴をもつ。 Ｗ－ＮＫ型 実験?環境測定用 標準仕様でケース、計量ドラムにステンレスを使用しているため、耐久性?耐蝕性に優れる。 Ｗ－ＮＴ型 大流量用 長年の間、改良に改良を加えてあり、安定した性能と優れた耐久性を有する。 Ｗ－ＮＨ型 中高圧用 ケースは圧力容器設計基準に準じ、耐圧性?気密性に優れる。 ＷＳ型 微少流量?実験用 オーバーフロー方式を導入し、半自動的に液面調整を行えるため取扱いが容易。エンプラ製のケースを採用し、小型?軽量化?攜帯性に優れる。 濕式校正用ガスメータ ■計量法改正に伴い、基準器（計量器製造事業所のみ使用）に代わる濕式校正用ガスメータを、シナガワが確立しました。 ■當社の乾式（DC型）?濕式（W-NK型）ガスメータを大気（濃度）測定にご使用されている環境計量証明事業所では、「計量機器の維持管理」のため濕式校正用ガスメータをマスターに、社內でガスメータの校正?比較検査ができます。 ■社內の流量計の基準として、他の流量計と比較検査?校正ができるのは、シナガワの濕式校正用ガスメータだけです。 OIML Qmin.流量対応用 濕式校正用ガスメータ 本器は、國際法定計量機構OIMLにおける家庭用ガスメータ最少検定流量Qmin の制定に準じ、これに適合する基準器と同様の仕様を持たせました。1回転1L型でOIML Qminにおいて高精度を伴い、校正時間が短縮可能な微小流量校正用ガスメータです。 検定用?基準器 この基準濕式ガスメータは、長年の経験と実績を有する実測式積算流量計です。獨立行政法人 産業技術総合研究所にて基準器としての比較検査を受け、主に家庭用ガスメータの検定用基準器、その他工業用流量計の校正用の基準器として使用されております。全測定範囲にわたって安定した精度と低い圧力損失、堅牢な構造を有し、その優れた性能と容易な取り扱いは高く評価されています。 ※ 本器の所持は計量器製造事業所のみ許可されています。 アプリケーション使用例 濕式ガスメータの色々な使用例が早見出來ます。 梱包サイズ W－NK型の國內指定場所への納品に使用される梱包箱の寸法です。
Wet Gas Meter 【Wet Gas Meter Characteristics】 It is volumetric positive displacement type, which is used sealed chamber (drum) with liquid (water or oil), therefore, almost all type of gas can be measured without a influence of relative density and viscosity etc. Since this structure has no leakage, it can measure minute flow rate and have high reproducibility. W-NK type for experiment/environmental measurement The measurement drum and case is made of stainless steel as standard specs, it has high durability and anti-corrosion. W-NT type for a large quantity flow rate It has been kept customizing for long time, therefore, it has stable performance and high durability. W-NH type for high pressure gas measurement (as wet type) The case is designed for capacity to endure high pressure, therefore, it has high pressure-resistance case and good airtight. WS for experience/minute flow rate measurement It is easy to adjust liquid level semi-automatically by adoption of over-flow system. Using synthetic resign material leads to light-weight and easily portable. Wet calibration gas meter Mainly, it is used for certify for domestic gas meter. *In Japan , a company, which can has standard gas meter must have specified manufacturing license. For calibrating other gas meters, -ST (Wet standard gas meter) is provided. Wet Calibration Gas Meter for OIML Qmin flow rate OIML has established minimum verification flow rate Qmin for domestic gas meter. According to this regulation, we Shinagawa developed 1L per 1 revolution wet gas meter, which can shorten calibration time as a master meter for minute flow rate.
